All Natural Coffee has been in business for more than a decade, and no matter the activity, we strive to make everyone feel welcome. All our coffee beans are purchased from local farmers in the community through fair trade and we strive to ensure our customers and employees feel like they’re part of our family. We also offer a wide variety of coffees and products, from deep black to a simple espresso, to sweet treats everyone can enjoy, including pastries such as Danishes, donuts, or perhaps chocolate chip, sugar, or even peanut butter cookies! On top of this, most of the profits we get from sales all go back towards the farmers and local resources that we utilize to make and sell our coffee, so you know that if you purchase from us, you’re purchasing from a reliable source!

All Natural Coffee - Addressing the False Advertising Scandal

Hello coffee aficionados!

If you’ve been listening to the news as of late, you’ve probably heard of the accusations thrown towards us involving the false advertising of the sources of our coffee beans.

Unfortunately, these accusations are true.

The Situation At Hand

For those of you who do not know, it has been recently discovered that some of the coffee beans that we’ve been selling have been bought from larger, more dubious, coffee companies, rather than from local farmers as we advertised.

To many of us here at “All Natural Coffee”, this was just as much a shock to us is it was to you. However, regardless of whether we knew of the deception or not, we all played a part in this affair, and to that, we must apologize.

How We're Dealing with this Situation

“Our main goal here at All Natural Coffee is to ensure that our clientele feel they can trust us enough to provide them with their daily cup of coffee. As such, we are aware of how much this current revelation may have affected that relationship, and it is something we deeply regret.  To us, our customers are like family, and this is not how we should treat our family.”

We would like to assure all our loyal customers that we have taken steps to undo the damage we’ve done;

• Cutting ties with the larger companies we bought our coffee beans from.
• Recalling all coffee beans we have shipped out to our facilities.
• Looking into who authorized these purchases in the first place.

But in the meantime, until we discover who authorized purchases from these larger companies, All Natural Coffee and businesses under our umbrella will be temporarily shut down. However, we will continue to provide updates on the changing situation through our social media feeds.

We know that for some of you, these steps may not enough to earn back your trust, and for that, we apologize greatly. It was not our intent to deceive you, but that is what we have done regardless.

If you choose not to do business with us anymore, we wish you nothing but the best and hope that one day, you’ll consider us to get you your morning cup of coffee. Until that day though, we will continue to update all our followers of what’s happening at All Natural Coffee through our social media accounts, even after this situation has been resolved.
